Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations in a professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth front desk operations and effective support across departments.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support tasks
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic financial record keeping
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with medical or dental office procedures as needed, including patient check-in and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office or medical/dental settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Previous experience in medical or dental office environments is advantageous but not required
- Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette and professional communication skills

Pay: $17.20-$20.36 per hour
