Bulldog Kids and Urban Village Academy are looking for a Resource & Operations Coordinator to become an essential part of our team. This role is at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring our educators have the materials they need, our learning environments are clean, organized, and inviting, and our students have access to exceptional play and learning experiences every day.
While much of your work happens behind the scenes, the impact is seen throughout the entire childcare and school community.
What You'll Do
Your home base will be The Vortex, our central resource hub, where you'll:
- Organize and maintain learning materials, toys, games, books, and educational resources.
- Ensure every item is cleaned, disinfected, and returned to its proper place.
- Manage the sign-in and sign-out system for shared resources.
- Support our school library by organizing collections, signing books in and out, and helping maintain an inviting, easy-to-use space.
- Help students and teachers put their hands on just the right story, resource, or learning material to spark curiosity and support learning.
- Prepare and deliver classroom materials in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the turnover of resources between classrooms and activities.
- Maintain inventory and help ensure supplies are always stocked and ready.
- Follow and uphold our cleaning and disinfecting protocols to the highest standard.
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks that help our school and childcare centre operate smoothly.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
