Bookminder Canada is a growing remote bookkeeping firm based in Cambridge, Ontario. We help businesses move beyond traditional bookkeeping by building organized, efficient financial systems that support better decision-making and sustainable growth.
We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Bookkeeper who can confidently manage monthly bookkeeping with minimal supervision. This is not an entry-level position.
What you’ll do
- Complete monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online
- Perform bank, credit card and loan reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll and GST/HST filings
- Complete catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping projects
- Review transactions for accuracy and ask questions when something doesn’t look right
- Follow Bookminder’s documented procedures while using sound bookkeeping judgment
We’re looking for someone who already has experience with:
- QuickBooks Online
- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Catch-up bookkeeping
- GST/HST
- Payroll fundamentals
- Multi-currency bookkeeping (an asset)
You are someone who:

Compensation
- $19.50–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, performance and demonstrated independence
- 10–25 hours per week
