Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, concrete finishing, and general construction practices. This role involves working on various projects that require precision, safety awareness, and the ability to operate a range of tools and equipment. The <PERSON> will contribute to building, restoring, and maintaining structures with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with precision
- Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material transport
- Utilize woodworking skills for custom carpentry projects and detailed finish work
- Conduct welding as needed for structural repairs or custom fabrications
- Use scaffolding and ladders safely while working at heights
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment to assist in various phases of construction projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA standards during daily operations
Experience
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and concrete finishing
- Hands-on experience with concrete forming, siding installation, woodworking, welding, and heavy equipment operation is preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and safety procedures in a construction setting
- Prior experience in restoration projects or working with heavy lifting tasks is advantageous
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate them into physical structures is essential
- Strong work ethic with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Previous experience in carpentry or general construction roles demonstrating versatility across multiple trades

Pay: $21.36-$35.60 per hour
