Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of all ages. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children during scheduled hours, ensuring their safety at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Support children with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, hygiene practices, and transitions
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about children's progress, needs, and any concerns
- Assist children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and development
- Follow all safety protocols and licensing requirements to ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and development stages
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving with patience and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse developmental needs of children
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
