We at Raise are hiring a Hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand. Responsibilities:

The designer will be part of a 4-person squad (Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer and Design Researcher), led by a Design Lead and working on a daily basis with a number of cross-functional partners: product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams.
Must have skills:
-
4+ years of experience in Interaction Design (IXD) and Visual Design

Experience designing for responsive web and native mobile applications
-
Solid typography, visual hierarchy, and concepting skills.

Experience working with complex design systems
-
Familiarity with Lean UX principles and working within Agile development teams
-
Proficiency in Figma.

Experience conducting and applying usability research

Strong presentation skills with top-notch communication and collaboration abilities

Solid understanding of Design Thinking methodology
Nice to have skills:
-
Has worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (Product/Business/Technical partners)

Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture
