As the first point of contact at High River Ford, you are the "Director of First Impressions." You’ll set the tone for the entire customer experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and directed to the right expert. This role requires a blend of high-level hospitality and sharp administrative skills.
What You’ll Do
- Greet & Direct: Proactively welcome showroom guests and connect them with the Sales or Service teams.
- Communication Hub: Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, routing calls accurately and taking detailed messages.
- Digital Support: Use Microsoft Outlook to manage schedules and Excel to maintain daily guest logs and inventory reports.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the guest lounge and refreshment stations stocked and tidy.
- Administrative Support: Assist Sales and Finance managers with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Technical Proficiency (Must-Haves)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Required): You must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. You will be expected to create documents, navigate spreadsheets, and manage a professional inbox daily.
- Phone Systems: Ability to handle multi-line transfers and hold queues with ease.
- DMS Familiarity: Experience with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, etc.) is a major plus but not required.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a customer facing role (receptionist, hospitality, retail).
- Expertise in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license (preferred).
