As a small-scale producer with ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our presence in Manitoba and seeking passionate people to grow alongside us.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Representative based in Winnipeg to represent the Partake brand and help strengthen our retail presence across Manitoba.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-focused individual with cannabis industry experience who is excited to represent a growing craft brand in the Manitoba market.
This position is ideal for someone who understands cannabis retail, enjoys face-to-face relationship building, and is looking for an opportunity with flexibility and room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong retail relationships throughout Winnipeg and surrounding markets
- Conduct regular store visits to support retail partners and strengthen brand presence
- Educate budtenders and retail teams on Partake products and offerings
- Present new products, promotions, and sales opportunities to retailers
- Increase brand visibility and sales within assigned accounts
- Gather retailer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth
- Monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities
- Complete regular reporting and territory updates
- Represent Partake professionally at local events and industry functions when applicable
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum 2 years of cannabis industry experience (retail, sales, merchandising, or brand representation preferred)
- Strong understanding of Manitoba cannabis retail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel occasionally within Manitoba
