Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs.
- Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs, enhancing their vehicle’s performance and safety.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Maintain organized records of all service orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience or automotive service advisor background is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience to understand vehicle repairs and diagnostics.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling services while maintaining integrity.
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to accuracy in financial transactions.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts ordering, and dealership operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $38,706.83-$91,934.91 per year
