Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Labourer/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete forming and finishing, with the ability to work on various projects including concrete pads, driveways and sidewalks. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the capacity to operate heavy equipment effectively. As a Concrete Labourer/Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.
Duties
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand tools, power tools, and other finishing equipment.
- Install flooring materials as required, ensuring proper alignment and adherence.
- Renovate existing concrete structures by repairing and resurfacing as needed.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of concrete elements into larger projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.

- Proven experience in concrete forming, finishing, and installation techniques.
