What You Will Do as a Customer Service Representative:
As the face of our client campaigns, you will drive customer satisfaction and business growth through:
- Client Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact to warmly welcome clients, actively listen, and accurately identify their unique needs.
- Solution Presentation: Confidently presenting our service offerings and providing clear, knowledgeable answers to inquiries.
- Onboarding & Experience: Driving new client registrations while ensuring a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Compiling daily performance reports for management and collaborating actively with the broader team to track progress.
