Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Budtender to join our team. This role combines efficient delivery services with in-store customer engagement, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the cannabis industry and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience for our customers. This position requires a responsible individual capable of handling cash transactions, operating POS systems, and managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer needs.
Job description
We deliver from noon to 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. Drivers work in the store with the other budtenders when not out on delivery. Full time drivers typically work four days each week. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle and related costs. In return, we offer a premium wage with regular increases, plus company benefits.
Prior experience in cannabis retailing is highly desired and cannabis knowledge is essential. We want people who are passionate about cannabis! What we look for is reliability, a willingness to learn, a positive outlook and a team player. We are willing to teach the right candidate everything they need to know about working in a dispensary.
Candidates must have their own reliable car that is suitable for driving in all weather conditions (especially snow) and be Cannsell certified. You must possess a valid G license.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate
- A deep understanding of cannabis, or the desire and ability to develop an in-depth understanding of it
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times
- Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 20 kg
- Valid Class G license
- Have your own vehicle
