Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant Assistant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, stripping linens, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Support the main housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the hotel
- Perform light custodial tasks in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- Follow established safety protocols and hotel policies to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude when interacting with guests and team members
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is not required
- Familiarity with hotel or industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, and lifting
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude towards guest service and teamwork
