Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in different locations around Calgary, AB, (& few shifts in surrounding areas ie. Okotoks, Millarville, etc) with compensation at $15 - $17 Cash per hour plus a tiered sales commission. The position involves assisting customers, managing inventory, maintaining the area's cleanliness, and promoting Brindy Silk’s luxury silk products. You will also handle cashier duties, provide exceptional customer service, and be trained on our unique product benefits. Must be able to work a full 8 hour shift. Weekly hours will be heavier during November, December, summer & stampede - required to work full time hours. You will be working at various locations at Markets, BMO Centre & Spruce Meadows Exhibits.

Availability Requirements:
- Must be available weekends and some weekdays
- This role may evolve into a part-time position and include processing online orders and assisting with operational tasks, Social Media Management
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Personable, friendly, and outgoing
- Confident engaging with customers
- Able to connect with clients and clearly explain how our products can solve their skincare and haircare concerns
- Able to process transactions & handle high volume customers
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate to people and build genuine customer rapport
- Sales and product promotion skills
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years in a Sales Role
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours/ shift & willing to work outside throughout the year
- Organized and dependable with inventory and order handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, motivated team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have Drivers License & access to a vehicle
- Must be willing to travel to Okotoks, Millarville for 3-4 shifts (Christmas Season only)
