Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling consultations and recommend suitable services or products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon or retail space
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
