Job Description:
As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities by accurately inventorying parking lots, issuing violation notices, and maintaining a clean and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Management: Accurately inventory parking lots, record and credit vehicles for payments received, and note vehicles displaying valid permits.
- Violation Issuance: Issue parking violation notices to vehicles without payment or valid permits, recording vehicle information as required.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry using an electronic device.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with customers, vendors, co-workers, and managers.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect location signage and rates, clear trash, and report any additional maintenance required.
Requirements:
- Driver's License: Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Reliable Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle as driving from location to location in your own vehicle is required.
- Customer Service: Must be customer service-oriented, proactive, proficient in English, and punctual.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
