**Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
**Duties:**
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
