Job Overview:
We are seeking a long term dedicated Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. The Parking Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the parking lots, and surrounding areas, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff.
Shifts are approx. 4.5 hours long Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays including stat holidays. These shifts involve quite a bit of walking, and you must be physically fit. Safety toe shoes are required, as is a reliable cell phone and active email account.
Duties:
- Clean up garbage and debris from parking lots, walkways, and storefronts
- Dispose of any junk left on site
- Clean garbage/debris buildup in corners and along curbs and walkways
- Use on site supplies and equipment to complete the tasks
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
- Perform custodial duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong time management
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Knowledge of custodial practices
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in this field is a plus
- Effective communication to interact with team members and customers
