We're looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and put their signature on one of the province's most beautiful dining destinations. What you'll do Own the kitchen: menu development, costing, ordering, and execution Build seasonal menus around South Shore seafood, local farms, and what's genuinely good right now Hire, train, and mentor a tight-knit brigade Partner directly with ownership and the culinary director on concept and growth What we're offering $54,000–$58,000 annually, commensurate with experience Gratuity share and quarterly performance bonus
