Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Customer Service & Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team by providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist clients with staffing requests.
- Excellent communication and written skills with email etiquette
- Process client orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our recruitment database.
- Support recruiters by screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing administrative tasks.
- Respond to candidate and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet client staffing needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Work independently and focused while working remote
- Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, call centre-style environment.
- Professional, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or a call centre is considered an asset.
