Overview
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 5+ years of BSA experience
2.) Agile/Scrum experience
3.) Jira and Confluence experience
4.) Strong understanding system design documents and architectural blueprints
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
3.) Attention to detail and someone who is a self-starter and adaptable
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Any technical certifications
2.) AML or regulatory experience
3.) Banking or financial institution experience
Pay: $56.00-$69.00 per hour
