COBS Bread Windermere is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
As a Sales Assistant with COBS Bread:
- You will have previous retail experience.
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred, although it is not essential as we offer full training.
Please note, you must be able to work weekends, as well as on and around ALL statutory holidays. Shifts could begin as early as 6 AM, or end as late as 7:30 PM. If you are taking public transit, please consider your willingness to commute at those times before applying.

- A team player who is approachable, energetic, and enjoys working with people
- Experience in handling cash, credit card and debit transactions are preferred
- Relevant retail experience is a strong asset
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanour
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, and enjoy learning new skills
Physical Requirements:
- Continuous standing/ walking for all tasks
- Constant use of both hands, and frequent forceful gripping
- Continually operating the POS system
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg., reaching below shoulder level, bending and turning
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending and reaching above shoulder level
