This position works mainly out of the Mic Mac Mall Store; however, occasionally throughout the year, you will have the opportunity to work events such as golf tournmanets, HFX Buskers Festival, HFX Evergreen Festival, football games, basketball games, and many more! As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with East Coast hospitality.
- Welcome every customer and make meaningful connections.
- Share the story behind East Coast Lifestyle and promote our products.
- Help customers make confident choices with your energy and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions using our POS system.
- Assist with merchandising and keeping the store looking its best.
- Contribute to our fun, positive team culture and events.
- Be comfortable representing the brand on social media.
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, energetic, and positive personality.
- Strong people skills and a passion for customer service.
- Motivated self-starter who loves working with a team.
- Comfortable being on and creating content for social media.
- Dependable with minimum 2 days or 15 hours weekly availability.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
Skills and Qualifications: Listening, Customer Service, Ability to lift 25 lbs, Ability to Communicate with Management via phone or text, Meet Sales Goals, Verbal Communication, Teamwork.
