What You'll Do
- Visit pre-qualified homeowners for in-home design consultations (confirmed appointments provided — no cold calling, no canvassing)
- Lead customers through a structured, iPad-based product and design presentation
- Uncover the homeowner's real needs and recommend the right solution with confidence
- Present investment options clearly and process financing applications
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and accounting for a seamless customer experience
- Report daily appointment outcomes through our CRM
You're a Fit If You...
- Bring 5+ years of consultative, face-to-face sales experience — you've seen enough sales floors to know what good looks like
- Have sold premium products or services ($10,000+ average ticket) and are comfortable defending value over price
- Have a track record you can speak to clearly — close ratio, average sale size, annual revenue
- Respect a proven system and are willing to run our process before reinventing it
- Present yourself with quiet confidence and earn trust naturally in someone's home
- Hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable being on the road daily
