We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects with energy and precision. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repairs
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within scope and quality standards
- Oversee lawn care routines such as fertilization, aeration, and pest control to maintain healthy turf
- Manage tree care operations including planting, trimming, removal, and health assessments
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by all team members during construction and maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and quality of work performed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in horticulture, gardening, and construction techniques
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments
- Strong background in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, or related fields with hands-on experience in lawn care and tree care
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance
- Familiarity with landscape construction processes including grading, planting beds, hardscaping elements
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
