Logistics, Purchasing and Pricing Coordinator
AutoShack is a growing automotive parts company with online sales, distribution, and retail store operations in Canada and the United States. We sell automotive parts directly to customers and operate in a fast-moving business where pricing, inventory, logistics, and product availability matter every day.
We are hiring a sharp, driven, and detail-oriented person to support logistics, purchasing, pricing, inventory, customs, reporting, and general business analysis.
This is a hands-on business role for someone who can think, work quickly, handle pressure, and switch between different priorities. This is not a narrow administrative position and it is not a single-task role.
The right person must have strong Excel skills, strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to take ownership of assigned work.

Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Above-average Excel skills required.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Comfortable working with numbers, reports, product data, and business information.
· Able to manage multiple priorities and changing tasks.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Able to work onsite Monday to Friday in Ottawa.
· Willing to complete a skills assessment before an interview.
Key Responsibilities
· Support logistics, purchasing, pricing, and inventory work.
· Review product, supplier, cost, freight, tariff, and market information.
· Assist with inventory planning and product movement decisions.
· Work with customs, customs brokers, and related documentation.
· Review landed costs, pricing, margins, and product data.
· Prepare reports and analysis using Excel.
· Research product, supplier, market, and competitor information.
· Assist with accounting-related support when required.
· Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, brokers, and service providers.
· Complete other business support tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-moving business where priorities can change. Some weeks may focus on logistics, other weeks may focus on purchasing, pricing, inventory, research, customs etc.
This position is best suited for someone who wants a serious business role, can learn quickly, and is not limited by a narrow job description.
Assessment Requirement
Qualified applicants will be required to complete a skills assessment before being selected for an interview.
The assessment may include Excel, attention to detail, problem solving, communication, and job-related business questions. This helps confirm that applicants have the skills required for the position before moving forward.

Compensation
· $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on skills, assessment results, and relevant experience.
