About the Role
We are currently hiring a Truck Wash Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, detail oriented, and comfortable working with pressure washing equipment in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Wash trucks, trailers, pots and other equipment as required
- Scrape livestock trailers
- Safely operate pressure washers and wash bay equipment
- Safely operate large machinery, training provided
- Follow all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and site protocols
- Complete tasks efficiently and in an organized manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow directions from supervisors
- Show up on time and be dependable for scheduled shifts and availability
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work in a wash bay environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Willingness to complete required training, including internal training and mandatory Health & Safety training under Ontario legislation
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Hours of Work
- Hours will vary based on business needs
- Weekdays and/or Weekends available
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
