We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for daily tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping
- Provide exceptional customer support and phone etiquette to clients and staff
- Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings or events as needed
- Support bookkeeping activities and handle basic office administrative functions
- Maintain organized files both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall office productivity
Experience
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in medical or dental office settings
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry processes
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and customer service roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing speed along with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documents
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer interactions
- Previous bookkeeping or medical office experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for specific software or procedures
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
