We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tile Grouter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying grout to tile surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our standards of excellence. This role requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- Prepare tile surfaces by cleaning and ensuring they are free from debris before grouting.
- Mix grout according to specifications and apply it evenly between tiles using appropriate tools.
- Smooth and shape grout lines to achieve a professional finish.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work execution.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of tile installation processes is preferred but not required.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within set deadlines.
