Labourer
To work at our Solar Project near K+S Cogen Potash Mine — Regina, Saskatchewan
Compensation & Employment Details
- Salary: 24.38 - $31.87
- Benefits: 3% Pension, 3% RRSP, CLAC Benefits
- Overtime: After 8 hours/day
- Travel: 1 hour daily travel, reg time
- Accommodations: Must be local to Regina
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours per Day: 10hours
- Pay Schedule: Weekly (Fridays)
- Shift: 14 & 7 rotation
- Duration: TBD
Requirements
- Previous commercial / industrial construction experience is and asset.
- Candidates with previous solar farm construction experience
- Must be willing to complete company‑paid safety training:
- CSTS
- WHMIS 2015
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physically capable of:
- Standing or walking for extended periods
- Manual Lifting up to 22kg/ 44lbs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of solar farm components, including racking, modules, and hardware
- Perform general labour tasks throughout the project site, keeping materials neat and organised
- Support equipment spotting and material handling
- Follow all safe‑work procedures and complete required safety documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.38-$31.87 per hour
