We are seeking a friendly and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices in line with food safety regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, especially in bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory counts.
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience in serving food or beverages within the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Must be personable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
