As a member of our operations team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform safe and efficient deliveries to clients by following your assigned routes
- Operate an armoured vehicle in a safe manner
- Use your safety and security orientation to ensure a safe environment for yourself, clients and colleagues
- Load, unload and perform repairs to ATM’s for our Financial Institution clients
- Complete daily route records
New to the industry? That’s ok! We offer rigorous training to ensure you are comfortable in the performance of all of your duties, including extensive driver training.
New employees may also have the opportunity to move into Full-Time.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for in our Brink’s teammates:
- All of our Guards, Drivers, and Messengers are required to carry a firearm in the performance of their duties. A restricted and non-restricted firearm license is necessary.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record – see the license requirement for your province below.
- Reliable, thorough, and committed to performing your job with safety in mind.
- A customer service mindset and the ability to develop a rapport with people.
- Highly organized and comfortable working with minimal on-site supervision.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment where timelines are crucial to success.
- In British Columbia, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI – a provincial security guard license is required.
- Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting loads of up to 35 lbs.
- Available for various shifts at least two days per week – days, evenings, nights, and weekends are available.
