We’re Hiring: Cleaning Specialist
Oasis Cleaning Okanagan is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, detail-loving team member to join our crew! This is an employee position (not subcontractor), and we’re looking for someone who’s not just searching for a job—but a team they actually enjoy being part of.
What You’ll Do:
- Clean homes and small businesses to a high standard in Kelowna and West Kelowna
- Work solo and alongside teammates, depending on the job
- Communicate with clients and represent the company with professionalism and warmth
- Follow detailed checklists and take pride in creating calm, beautiful spaces
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred
- Monday to Friday daytime availability - weekends an asset!
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Someone who’s looking for the right fit—not just a job
- A reliable vehicle & willingness to travel throughout the Okanagan
- Clean criminal record check
