THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable Weekend Cleaner to join our crew on Saturdays and/or Sundays. This is a great fit if you're motivated, take initiative, and genuinely enjoy leaving a space spotless. You'll be working in residential homes and occasionally supporting larger commercial or deep clean jobs — no two days look exactly the same, and that's kind of the point.
Job Description: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Deep Cleans & Commercial Cleans
- Supporting team leads on larger jobs and deep clean days
- Maintaining our quality standards on every single visit
- Communicating with your team lead to make sure jobs run smoothly
- Handling cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Adapting quickly when a client's needs shift or a job gets added
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Positive attitude — you lift the team, not drain it
✓ Self-motivated — you don't need someone behind you to do great work
✓ Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
✓ Comfortable working on large commercial or residential jobs
✓ Flexible and willing to pivot — things shift, and you roll with it
✓ A natural leader — whether or not it's in your title
✓ Previous cleaning experience is a bonus, but your attitude matters more

- Schedule: Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Type: Part-time (with potential to grow into more hours)

- Pay: Competitive — discussed at interview based on experience
- Start date: As soon as the right person is found
