The Die-Max group is growing and we are looking for a driven and self-motivated Junior Business Development Associate to support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and research prospective customers within the automotive supply chain (OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2) and related industries
· Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities and production programs
· Initiate outreach, schedule meetings, and travel regularly to visit prospective and existing clients
· Support RFQ tracking and proactively follow up on open or stale quotations to re-engage opportunities
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify strategic growth areas
· Prepare and update capability presentations, marketing materials, and company website content to support business development efforts
· Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to assess feasibility and align opportunities with company capabilities
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
· 0-3 years of experience in business development, automotive manufacturing, program support, or market research
· Strong analytical and communication skills
· Ability to understand manufacturing processes, tooling, and production environments
· Organized, self-driven, and comfortable initiating professional outreach
· Experience updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress or similar)
· Ability to develop professional marketing materials and sales support collateral; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity in design tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) considered an asset
