F45 Cochrane, Alberta is looking for motivating, energetic, knowledgeable and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team training environment. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role in the business as their interaction is very unique. Each class is 45 min long and your role is to provide a 1 on 1 experience to every member in a group environment.
All of the programming and music is taken care of, so no need to plan this part. Being prepared for each class is a must (ie, room layout, exercises, timing, cues, modifications/progressions etc).
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for health and fitness and a desire to continue learning and growing within the industry. The candidate must be comfortable with meeting new people, speaking to a crowd, good at multi tasking and ensuring member safety.

A valid PTS and CPR certification is required for this role.
Availability: MUST be able to work FLEXIBLE PART TIME HOURS, EVENINGS and EARLY MORNINGS is what is needed right now. MUST live in Cochrane, Alberta or near and willing to travel for one class if necessary.
Experience working or training in an F45 environment is preferred but not necessary.
