Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative professional to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills, with experience in medical or dental office environments preferred. This role involves managing data, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual abilities in English and French are a plus, along with familiarity with electronic medical records and various office management systems.
Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls efficiently
- Perform data entry, filing, and clerical processing to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for document creation, data management, and communication
- Assist with appointment scheduling and patient or client correspondence
- Maintain electronic medical or dental records using systems such as Epic or Dentrix
- Support office operations through project management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks such as data collection, analysis, and report generation
- Ensure organizational efficiency by managing databases and system design processes
- Provide front desk support including greeting visitors and managing customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and office procedures
Experience
- Construction and builders office
- Strong understanding of Home Construction
- Proven ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi, Punjabi.
- Previous leadership roles or project management experience will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational abilities to ensure efficient office operations
Pay: From $17.39 per hour
