We’re currently hiring experienced sewers to manufacture our line of sewn tactical gear.

- We are looking for people who have experience using industrial sewing machines, past experience in manufacturing, or seamstress experience is ideal.
- This is a permanent, labour intensive job. You MUST be within commuting distance to our factory in Fredericton, NB. The city bus does come to our location but on a limited schedule since we are at the end of the service area. Most of our employees have their own transportation, but it is possible to take the bus.
- A background in sewing assembly work/manufacturing is required. If you have experience pattern drafting as well, please let us know. For this type of work you need to have good hand/eye coordination, a sense of urgency (as this is a fast paced work) and attention to detail is important.
- We're a small family run operation and as such there may be times when you need to assist with other parts of the business. Most of your day will involve sewing, but sometimes you may be helping with other parts of the production process, such as operating our heat press, cutting and trimming badges, folding garments, etc...
- A very basic level of english would be needed.
