Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Skills
- Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems is beneficial.
