The Role
We are seeking experienced, non-union laborers who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running. You will be an integral part of a team delivering premium results on residential and commercial sites across the GTA.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of hardscape elements including flagstone, interlocking pavers, and retaining walls.
- Assisting with the construction of wooden structures (decks, fences, and pergolas).
- Operation of power tools and heavy machinery (skid steers, cut-off saws, etc.) as required.
- Site preparation, including excavation, grading, and base compaction.
- Ensuring a clean and safe job site at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in landscape construction or hardscaping.
- Responsibility: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time, ready to work.
- Skills: Proficiency with stone cutting and leveling is a major asset. Red Seal trades or specialized certifications are highly valued.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA.
