Your main responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you will:

Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of approximately 30 employees;
-
Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to achieve operational objectives;
-
Maintain an active presence on the floor and support employees in their daily tasks;
-
Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene, food safety, occupational health and safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
-
Participate in onboarding, training, and employee development;
-
Plan work schedules and ensure adequate operational coverage;
-
Handle administrative follow-ups related to operations and employee management;
-
Collaborate with various departments to optimize performance and operational efficiency;
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs;
-
Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, respect, and performance.
Desired profile

Technical college diploma or other relevant training;
-
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role;

Available Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM;

Experience in the food industry (an asset);
-
Excellent communication skills in French; functional English (an asset);

Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite; knowledge of Paperless (an asset);

Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage priorities;
