Through partnerships with governments, industry, and community organizations, they design and deliver impactful programs that help individuals overcome barriers and achieve long-term workforce participation.
They are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mentor to deliver client-centerd case management services while supporting team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and service excellence within an integrated employment services environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide end-to-end case management and employment support to clients
- Conduct client intake, assessments, and develop individualized Employment Action Plans
- Support clients with job search, career planning, training referrals, and employment retention
- Maintain regular communication with clients, employers, and community support services
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and day-to-day support to team members
- Collaborate with internal teams to support coordinated and inclusive service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and compliance documentation
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in employment services, case management, social services, or a related field
- Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment
- Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a client caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- Commitment to inclusive, client-focused service delivery
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs or Integrated Employment Services (IES)
- Post-secondary education or bachelor’s degree in a related field
This is a 10 month contract position with a strong possibility of moving to a permanent, full time after that time. Positions are available in both St. Catharines and Welland.
