We are looking to hire 1-2 Front Desk Team members for our busy and expanding clinics in the communities of Mahogany and Seton to work primarily closing & weekend shifts.
The ideal candidates must have exceptional interpersonal, communication and administrative skills, along with a great personality, can-do attitude, and the desire to contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Provide an exceptional client experience and administrative support to the clinic
- Diligently follow established standards & protocols
- Effectively communicate with clients and staff members
- Contribute to clinic sustainability and profitability
- Maintain clinic sanitation, cleaning duties, and laundry
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Prior experience within a multi-disciplinary clinic environment preferred
- Superior verbal, communication, and telephone skills
- Excellent organization, multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Superior computer skills and comfortable with Mac Operating System
- Access to reliable transportation
