Qualifications
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for teamwork and following instructions accurately
