Outreach Expert — Affiliates & Influencers
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a an early stage AI SaaS company looking for a hunter who lives in outreach. You'll own our affiliate and influencer pipeline from first touch to signed deal — building the relationships that directly fuel our top-line growth.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Identify, pitch, and close affiliate and influencer partnerships aligned with our ICP
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of 50+ warm leads at any given time
- Negotiate commission structures, co-marketing deals, and co-branded campaigns
- Onboard new partners and ensure they have everything to promote effectively
- Track performance metrics (clicks, signups, MRR impact) and optimize deals accordingly
- Report weekly on pipeline health, closed deals, and revenue attribution
YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or B2B/SaaS sales
- A proven track record of closing deals — you can share numbers
- Experience with outreach tools (Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, or similar)
- Strong written communication — your cold emails actually get replies
- Self-starter mentality — you don't need hand-holding to hit quota

- Familiar with PartnerStack or Impact
- CRM power user
COMPENSATION
Competitive base + performance-based commission. We pay well for closers.
Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
