Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and route assignments
- Maintain accurate transportation, scheduling, and operational records
- Monitor route efficiency and assist with logistics planning activities
- Communicate with drivers, instructors, and operational staff regarding schedules and updates
- Track transportation activities and prepare operational reports
- Support vehicle availability and scheduling coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with administrative and logistics-related projects as required
Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
