We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment by adhering to sanitation standards and proper equipment maintenance.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend additional therapies or wellness practices as appropriate.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress while respecting confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a comfortable and trusting environment for clients.
- Ability to listen carefully to client needs and customize treatments accordingly.
- Prior experience in a professional massage therapy setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adhere to all safety standards during treatments.

Pay: $38.38-$91.58 per hour
