We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE Level II) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, committed to fostering a positive and engaging environment, and comfortable supporting daily program activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inclusive learning space
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and program policies
- Safely transport children as required using a company vehicle
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ECE Level II certification (required)
- Previous child care experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Preferable Comfortable and confident driving a Ford E-450 bus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Genuine passion for working with children
