CanFix Repair is a fast-growing heavy-duty commercial collision centre specializing in transport trucks, city buses, coaches, and municipal/commercial fleets. We operate a large facility equipped with 80-ft and 45-ft spray booths, 60-ft Frame Straightening, advanced repair systems, and experienced technicians. Our customers include municipalities, transit agencies, private fleets, logistics companies, and national transportation organizations.
We are expanding and looking for a driven Account Managers to help grow our client base and secure long-term relationships with fleets across the GTA and Southern Ontario.
Position Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, visiting, and onboarding new commercial fleet clients, including trucking companies, bus operators, logistics firms, and government agencies. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, confident individual with strong communication skills and experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial fleet accounts (trucking, transit, coach, municipal, private fleets).
- Conduct regular in-person visits to fleet yards, logistics hubs, bus garages, and municipal facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (fleet managers, operations directors, procurement teams).
- Present CanFix Repair’s services, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Generate quotes, follow up with leads, and close contracts.
- Track pipeline activity and provide weekly reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge on heavy-duty collision repair and fleet operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B outside sales (transportation, automotive, logistics, trucking, industrial, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Understanding of commercial trucks, buses, or fleet maintenance is an asset (not mandatory).
- Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with key clients.

Pay: $65,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
