**Willing to travel to London, Ontario for 2 - 3 weeks of training
**Previous automotive experience is an asset
Core Duties
- Fluid Maintenance: Change engine oil, replace filters, transmission, power steering and coolant fluids.
- Tire Care: Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct multi-point courtesy checks to spot worn parts (like wiper blades or belts).
- Customer Service: Greet customers, explain what their car needs, and suggest manufacturer-recommended services.
- Workspace Upkeep: Keep the service bay and customer area clean, safe, and organized.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Mechanical Interest: A strong desire to learn how vehicles work and how to fix them.
- Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift heavy equipment or tires.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of using power and hand tools to service cars.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and a friendly, client-focused attitude
